Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed at all times. These guidelines are for the safety of all persons using the inflatable.
For safety, do not mix younger children with older children/adults. Keep user heights around the same height. Adults should not use children's inflatables.
All shoes, badges, peak hats and jewellery (large earrings, necklaces, etc.) MUST be removed. Spectacles should also be removed. Do NOT leave hard objects in the entrance/exits.
No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or "silly string" must be used near the inflatable as they can permanently stain. No food or drinks on the inflatable. No smoking near the inflatable.
Do not allow children or adults to become boisterous, push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at ALL times.
Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded. Limit numbers depending on age and size of children using it.
Do not move the inflatable or any of its accessories under any circumstances.
Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable. No pregnant persons.
Do not allow users on the unit during inflation or deflation.
In the event of heavy rain, switch off the inflatable. Any wetness can be dried with a towel. The bouncy castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area.
If the extension lead overheats or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, wait a few minutes, then restart. Ensure the blower is kept upright and the vent is clear.
If the bouncy castle is not being used, switch the blower off at the mains.
Warn children of tie down points and make the area behind the unit (where the electrical blower is) out of bounds for children.
The bouncy castle should not be used if no shower cover is fitted and it rains.
Should equipment fail, ensure all users get off immediately.
No unauthorised person should move the bouncy castle or tamper with electrical equipment.
The inflatable must be returned in acceptable condition - clean, unsoiled and undamaged. Additional charges apply for cleaning, damage, or loss of earnings.
