Which areas do you cover?+
We are based in Hull and regularly cover East Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire, York and surrounding areas. Larger bookings can travel further, so it is always worth asking.
Do you deliver, set up and collect?+
Yes. We agree access times with you, deliver the equipment, set it up safely and return to collect at the agreed time. Any exceptions are clearly explained in your quote.
What happens if the weather is unsafe?+
Safety comes first. We monitor forecasts and leave decisions as late as safely possible. If we have to cancel before setup because conditions make the equipment unsafe, a full refund is provided.
How early should I book?+
Popular weekends and wedding dates can fill quickly, so book as early as you can. We can still accommodate some last-minute bookings when equipment and the route are available.
Can I book several items together?+
Absolutely. Tell us everything you are considering and we can build a package around your event, venue and guest numbers.
