For the safety of all children, bouncy castles cannot be used in certain weather conditions. We monitor forecasts closely and will advise you accordingly.

Our Weather Policy
Before Your Event: We monitor weather forecasts in the days leading up to your booking. If severe weather is predicted, we'll contact you to discuss options including rescheduling at no extra charge.
On The Day: If weather conditions become unsafe during your hire period, the bouncy castle must be deflated immediately. Our team will provide guidance on when it's safe to reinflate.
Cancellations: If we need to cancel due to severe weather, you'll receive a full refund or can reschedule for another date with no additional fees.
💡 Top Tip: Check the weather forecast regularly in the days before your event. We recommend having a backup plan for indoor entertainment just in case!
