The advertised price is for a full-day hire. We do not reduce the price for a shorter three-hour booking because delivery, preparation, setup and collection remain the same.
Is delivery included?
Delivery, setup and collection are included in Hull and Zone A. Our normal delivery charge applies outside Zone A and is confirmed before you book.
Can the games be used indoors?
Yes. The games can be used indoors where there is suitable space. For outdoor bookings, a dry and reasonably level playing area is required.
What happens if it rains?
The wooden games must be kept dry and cannot remain outside in rain. Please arrange a suitable indoor or covered alternative and read our weather policy before booking.
Are prizes or an attendant included?
Prizes and an attendant are not included in the standard self-play hire. If your event needs supervision or prize packages, mention this in your enquiry and we will advise what is possible.
How much space should we allow?
Most tabletop games are approximately 4ft by 2ft, with extra space needed for players. Coconut Shy and Stand A Bottle are freestanding. Tell us about your venue and we can help you plan the layout.
