Absolutely! Our foam solutions are 100% non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and dermatologically tested. They're safe for children ages 3 and up. The foam won't stain clothing or irritate skin.
You need to provide access to a water source on site - our foam cannons use a lot of water and we wouldn't be able to bring the amount required. We can bring a hose pipe to connect to your tap or water supply. You'll also need access to a power outlet within 50 meters of the setup area, though we have generators available if you have no access to power. A flat, level area works best.
No, our foam solutions are eco-friendly and biodegradable. They won't harm grass, plants, or outdoor furniture. The foam naturally dissolves within 15-30 minutes and leaves no residue. Many customers use our services regularly on their lawns.
For our Mini package, you need at least 15x15 feet. Our standard Party Pack requires about 20x20 feet, and our larger packages work best with 30x30 feet or more. We can do a site visit to help you determine the best setup for your space.
Light rain usually doesn't affect foam parties - in fact, many guests enjoy it! For heavy rain or storms, we offer free rescheduling to another date within 3 months. We monitor weather forecasts and will contact you 24 hours before if there's a concern.
Yes, with the right setup. Indoor use requires waterproof flooring or we can provide protective sheeting. We'll need adequate drainage and ventilation. Many nightclubs and event venues use our indoor-rated machines regularly.
Setup typically takes 30-45 minutes depending on the package size. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your event starts. Our operators handle all setup and teardown - you don't need to do anything.
Our Party Pack and larger packages include a dedicated operator who manages the machine throughout your event, controls foam output, and ensures safety. For Mini packages, we provide full training and phone support.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events during summer months (our busiest season). Last-minute bookings may be available but are subject to availability and a rush fee.
Cancellations made 14+ days before receive a full refund. 7-13 days before: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund, but you can reschedule for a £50 fee. Weather-related cancellations are always free to reschedule.
