We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates during peak season (April-September). However, we often have availability for last-minute bookings, so don't hesitate to contact us!
Most of our bouncy castles can be used in light rain. However, for safety reasons, we cannot operate in heavy rain or high winds. We monitor weather forecasts closely and will contact you if conditions are unsuitable. We offer flexible rescheduling or full refunds in case of severe weather.
No, we don't provide supervisors. An adult must supervise children at all times during use. We provide full safety guidelines and instructions during setup to ensure safe operation.
Each castle requires different space. Generally, you need the castle dimensions plus an extra 2 feet on all sides for safety. We also need access to a power outlet within 30 feet. We'll discuss specific requirements when you book.
Yes! Many of our castles are suitable for indoor use in halls, sports centers, or large rooms. We'll need to know the ceiling height and available space to recommend the right castle for your venue.
All our equipment meets UK safety standards (BS EN 14960:2013), is regularly inspected by PIPA, and we carry £5 million public liability insurance. Safety is our top priority.
The rental price includes delivery, setup, collection, safety mats, blower, and full insurance. We handle everything so you can focus on enjoying your event!
Yes! Every castle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. We use professional-grade cleaning products to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
Our castles are designed for children. Some of our larger castles can accommodate adults, but we recommend checking weight limits and capacity restrictions. Adult-only sessions require special arrangements.
