FAQ

Common Questions

Roughly 2m x 2m of floor space for the machine itself. We recommend an additional 2-3m around it for players and spectators. The unit is 1.8m tall and works indoors or outdoors in dry weather.

We offer a drop-off and collection service. The machine is very simple to use and comes with clear printed instructions. We'll run a full demo before we leave so you're confident operating it all day.

A standard UK 13A socket. We supply cables up to 25m. For outdoor events without mains access we can arrange a generator at additional cost.

Yes, in dry conditions. We recommend a covered area or marquee as a backup. The machine is not waterproof.

Cancellations 14+ days before the event are free. Under 14 days, a 30% fee applies. We're happy to reschedule whenever possible.

We suggest 4-6 weeks for weekends during peak season (May - September). Last-minute bookings are often possible subject to availability.

Yes. We offer custom logo overlays on the digital display, branded leaderboard printouts, and personalised game modes. Get in touch for a quote.

Our Duo Bundle lets you pick any 2 of our 3 machines (Batak Pro, Catch It Ring, Basketball Arcade) at a 15% discount. The Ultimate Bundle includes all 3 machines at a 25% discount. All packages include delivery, setup, collection, and full insurance. You can hire for a single day or a full week.
