What is included in the price?
The advertised price includes your chosen arch for one event day, delivery within our standard service area, professional setup and collection. Unusual access, exceptional distances or non-standard timings must be agreed before booking.
Is the price lower for only a few hours?
No. The price is per hire day and stays the same for a three-hour event or a full-day celebration because the delivery, installation and collection work is unchanged.
Can the arches be used outside?
Outdoor installations are assessed individually and depend on the weather, wind, ground surface and shelter. Tell us about the setup area when enquiring. Safety always comes first.
How much space should we allow?
Sizes vary by design, and several are approximately 2.4m high. Confirm the available width and ceiling height with your venue before booking and tell us about stairs, narrow doors or restricted access.
Can we move the arch after it has been installed?
Please do not move or alter an arch after installation. Speak to us in advance if you would like it repositioned between your ceremony and reception so this can be properly planned.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Hull and cover our advertised areas across Hull, East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Check the delivery areas page for your location before sending an enquiry.
Are the flowers real?
No. Our arches use high-quality artificial flowers, giving you a full, consistent look throughout the day without seasonal availability worries.
