By placing a booking you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

The hire agreement is between Humber Events Company and the named individual or organisation on the booking form.

The arch must not be moved once set up by our team without prior written permission.

No items must be attached to, draped over, or hung from the arch without consent.

The arch is for indoor use only and must be kept away from heat, flames, and direct sunlight.

Guests must not lean against, push, or physically interact with the arch — the Hirer is responsible for ensuring this.

No food, drink, smoke machines, foam cannons, or confetti cannons near the arch without written agreement.

Any damage, loss, or staining during the hire period is the sole responsibility of the Hirer.

The Hirer agrees to pay full repair or replacement costs for any damaged or missing items.

Replacement cost of the Floral Arch is £800. Replacement cost of a neon sign is £150.

Damage is assessed upon collection and the Hirer is notified within 48 hours. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.

Neon signs are provided free of charge on a hire-only basis and must be returned in the same condition.

If you do not want a neon sign, please state 'No neon required' in the notes on the booking form.

If you do want a neon sign, please specify the design in the notes section when entering your address.

Neon signs must only be used with a standard UK 240V mains socket using the cable provided.

A clear, safe, and accessible area must be prepared before the setup team arrives. Minimum space: 2.4m wide x 2.4m tall.

The floor must be clean, level, and dry. Setup may be refused if the area is deemed unsafe.

Only Humber Events Company staff may assemble and disassemble the arch.

If access for collection is unavailable at the agreed time, an additional charge may apply.

We accept three payment methods: Deposit (secure your date, pay balance before event), Full Payment (pay in full upfront), or Cash on Delivery (full amount paid in cash before setup begins — setup will not proceed until payment is received).

Deposit is non-refundable. Remaining balance due no later than 7 days before the event unless cash on delivery is agreed.

Cancellations more than 28 days before the event: balance beyond deposit refunded. Within 28 days: all payments forfeited.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing at least 14 days in advance.

Humber Events Company accepts no liability for injury or damage caused by improper use of hired equipment.

We are not responsible for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, breakdown, force majeure).

Aggressive or threatening behaviour toward our staff will result in immediate removal of equipment without refund.

By proceeding with a booking, the Hirer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
