Weather Policy

Safety protocols for outdoor events

Wind Speed Limits
24 mph

HSE recommends maximum 38km/h (24mph) wind speed. We monitor conditions daily with a digital anemometer and Met Office data.

Heavy Rain

If rain becomes too heavy, we must turn off power and deflate the equipment unless you've hired the inflatable canopy. Your safety is our priority.

Severe Weather

In cases of thunder and lightning, all guests must move indoors immediately. Outdoor bookings may need to be rescheduled for safety.

Outdoor Event Rescheduling

For outdoor rentals, if weather conditions exceed safe limits, we will legally have to reschedule to another date of your choice. While disappointing, this policy ensures the safety of all participants.

Legal Information

Liability & Agreement

Important legal terms you agree to by booking or riding

Assumption of Risk

All persons using the rodeo bull do so at their own risk. The person or organization hiring the equipment will be responsible and liable for any damage, loss, or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

We cannot accept responsibility for any injuries while using the inflatable. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using the equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to.

Damage & Repairs

We check the inflatable before delivering and collecting. If clear damage has been made to our inflatables, you will be responsible to pay for any damage or repairs needed. We cannot take responsibility for any damage to the ground during setup or pack-away, though we will be as tidy as possible.

Binding Agreement

BY RIDING THE MECHANICAL BULL, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

These terms and conditions stand even if you have not read them, and you are agreeing to them when making a booking. A disclaimer form will be signed on the day by the customer, and all restrictions of use will be posted at the entrance to the bull.

We do not take responsibility for any reckless or careless behavior when it comes to safety. Please follow our advice to keep everyone safe. You are responsible for your own health and safety when choosing to use the inflatables.
