The Romance Moon Arch

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. Full payment can also be made at the time of booking.

Free delivery within 15 miles of Hull city centre. Our team will arrive up to 2 hours before your event to set up the arch. Collection will be arranged for after your event.

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability.

The hirer is responsible for the arch during the hire period. Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged accordingly. The arch must be kept indoors or in a sheltered area.

Please ensure your venue has adequate space (minimum 3m x 3m) and ground-floor access for setup. We require access to a standard power outlet for the neon sign.
