To keep our bouncy castle in pristine condition for every customer, please ensure these rules are followed at all times.
No Shoes
All shoes must be removed before entering the bouncy castle to prevent damage and injury.
No Food or Drink
Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed on the bouncy castle. This includes sweets, crisps and juice.
No Silly String
Silly string is strictly prohibited. It stains and damages the material permanently.
No Face Paint
Face paint is impossible to remove from the bouncy castle material and causes permanent staining.
Important Notice About Face Painters
If you are planning to have a face painter at your event, please do not book our bouncy castle. Face paint is impossible to get out of the bouncy castle material and causes permanent damage. We will charge for any damage caused by face paint. Please ensure all children have clean faces before using the bouncy castle.
