Payment Methods

We offer 3 flexible payment options to suit you. (1) Deposit: Pay a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days before your event. (2) Full Payment: Pay the full amount upfront at the time of booking. (3) Cash on Delivery: Pay the full amount in cash on the day of delivery before setup begins. Please let us know your preferred payment method when booking.

Do Not Touch or Move the Arch

Once the arch has been set up by our team, it must not be moved, repositioned, or leaned on under any circumstances. The arch is a delicate structure — tampering with its position or frame can cause irreparable damage to both the frame and the floral arrangements. Please ensure all guests are made aware of this.

Protecting the Flowers

The floral arch contains high-quality artificial flowers and foliage. Please do not pull, twist, remove, or touch the flowers or greenery. Guests should be kept at a respectful distance and children must be supervised at all times. Any flowers or foliage that are pulled off or damaged during the hire period will result in a damage charge.

Keep Away from Hazards

The arch must be kept well away from open flames, candles, sparklers, smoke machines, fog machines, and any excessive moisture or liquid. The arch is designed for indoor use and covered outdoor areas only — it must not be exposed to rain, wind, or direct outdoor weather. Failure to adhere to this may result in permanent damage and will be charged accordingly.

Damage & Replacement Costs

The hirer is fully responsible for the arch and all its components during the full hire period. Any damage beyond normal wear — including broken frames, missing or damaged flowers, staining, or structural damage — will be assessed upon collection and charged at replacement cost. We reserve the right to invoice for damages after the event.

Delivery, Setup & Collection

We will agree a delivery and collection time with you in advance. Please ensure clear, safe access is available at all agreed times. We require a minimum of 60 minutes to set up safely. The arch must be left intact and undisturbed for collection — please do not attempt to dismantle or move it prior to our arrival.

Venue Requirements

The arch requires a flat, level, solid surface and a minimum clear space of 2.6m × 2.6m. It must not be set up on uneven ground, grass, or outdoor exposed areas. Please confirm your venue can accommodate these requirements before booking. We cannot accept liability for setup issues caused by an unsuitable venue.

Optional Neon Sign

Where a free neon sign is included with your hire, it must be treated with the same level of care as the arch. Do not touch, move, or unplug the neon once positioned. The neon must not be placed near liquids or heat sources. Any damage to the neon sign will be charged at replacement cost.
