How the audio guest book works.
The telephone sits inside our illuminated white telephone box with an instruction board beside it. It is simple for every generation to use and captures the laughter, stories and heartfelt words that written guest books often miss.

Your guest lifts the handset and hears the greeting prepared for your wedding.
- 02Listen for the tone
After your greeting finishes, a tone lets them know when recording has started.
- 03Leave a personal message
Guests can share advice, memories, jokes or anything they would like you to hear.
- 04Hang up to save it
The message is saved automatically. After the event, we supply all your audio recordings digitally.
Your personalised greeting comes first
Before the wedding, you can record a short welcome message for your guests. We load it onto the telephone so it plays whenever somebody picks up. You might welcome everyone, thank them for coming and invite them to leave a message after the tone. We can help with the wording if you are unsure what to say.

The iPad booth provides unlimited digital photographs. Guests can receive their own images during the event, and you receive the complete collection afterwards. If your venue has weak internet, the photographs are still captured and included in your post-event gallery.

Is everything included for the full day?
Yes. The iPad photo booth, flower wall, neon, telephone box and audio guest book are provided for your event day. Tell us your timings so we can plan setup and collection.
How much do we save with this wedding package?
The separate prices are £150 for the iPad booth, £150 for the flower wall, £25 for the neon and £295 for the telephone box with audio guest book. That totals £620. The package is £475, saving £145.
Can we choose the neon sign?
Yes. Popular choices include Mr & Mrs, It Was Always You and Always & Forever, subject to availability.
Can we record a personalised audio greeting?
Yes. Your personalised greeting is included at no extra charge. It plays when guests pick up the phone, followed by the tone inviting them to leave their message. We can also help you with the wording.
How do guests receive their iPad booth photographs?
Guests can use the on-screen sharing and download options to receive digital copies during the event when the venue internet connection allows. After the event, every digital photograph is emailed to the person who booked the package. The iPad booth does not provide paper prints.
