General Care Instructions
- The Golden Halo Arch must be treated with the utmost care at all times during your hire period.
- Do not attempt to move, reposition, or adjust the arch once it has been set up by our team.
- Keep food, drinks, and other liquids away from the arch to prevent staining or damage.
- No smoking, vaping, or open flames near the arch at any time.
Flower Care
- The silk flowers are high-quality and realistic but delicate - please do not pull, bend, or forcibly adjust them.
- Do not spray water, perfume, or any liquids on the flowers as this may cause staining or damage.
- Children should be supervised around the arch to prevent flowers being pulled off or damaged.
- Do not attach anything to the flowers or arch using pins, clips, tape, or adhesive without prior approval.
- If any flowers appear loose upon delivery, please inform our team immediately.
Frame Care
- The golden metal frame should not be scratched, painted, or marked in any way.
- Do not hang heavy items, signage, or additional decorations without prior written consent.
- The arch base must remain stable and should not be adjusted, kicked, or moved.
- Report any wobbling or instability to our team immediately for professional adjustment.
Weather Conditions
- The arch is suitable for outdoor use in fair weather conditions only.
- We reserve the right to decline outdoor setup if wind speeds exceed 15mph or rain is forecast.
- Indoor placement is strongly recommended for guaranteed results.
- The arch should not be placed near heating vents, radiators, or in direct prolonged sunlight.
Hire Duration
- Standard hire is for the duration of your event on the agreed date.
- Delivery and setup will be completed at the agreed time prior to your event.
- Collection will take place at the agreed time following your event.
- Extended hire periods may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Damage Policy
- The hirer is responsible for any damage that occurs during the hire period.
- Any damage must be reported immediately upon discovery.
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged for any damage beyond normal wear.
- Humber Events Company is not liable for any injuries that occur during the event.
Booking Terms
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the full payment.
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance.
Delivery Terms
- Free delivery within 10 miles of Hull city centre.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside this area.
- Access to the venue must be clear and suitable for our delivery team.
- Setup requires approximately 45-60 minutes depending on the venue.
Photo Usage
- We encourage you to share photos of your event featuring our arch.
- Please tag @humbereventscompany when sharing on social media.
- We may request permission to use photos for our marketing with your consent.
- Professional photography is welcomed and encouraged.
