The White Pillar Arches

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date or can be paid via cash or bank transfer upon delivery. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received and acknowledged in writing.

Our White Pillar Arches must be placed on flat, stable ground only. Keep away from heat sources, open flames, and candles at all times. No items are to be hung on the arches without prior written approval. Please supervise children around the decorations at all times. Keep indoors or covered in adverse weather conditions.

The hirer is responsible for the arches from the point of delivery until collection. Any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the hire period will be charged at full replacement cost. Please report any accidental damage immediately. We recommend taking out event insurance for your peace of mind.

Delivery, setup, and collection times will be agreed in advance. Please ensure venue access is available at the agreed times. Additional charges may apply for delayed access or extended hire periods. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any changes to agreed timings.

More than 14 days before your event: The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking within 12 months. Within 14 days of your event: Full payment is required and non-refundable. We strongly recommend taking out event insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Our arches are suitable for indoor use and fair weather outdoor use only. In adverse weather conditions — including high winds, heavy rain, or storms — arches must be moved to a covered area immediately. We reserve the right to refuse setup or request early collection if conditions pose any risk to the equipment or guests.
