Reservation Process

All bookings must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to your event date. A deposit is optional — see our Payment Terms section for full details. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer as payment methods.

Online Booking Agreement

When you book with us online through our website, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions in full. Your booking is confirmed as soon as you book and you will receive an email confirmation within one hour of your booking being placed.

Collection of Hired Equipment

Collection of all hired equipment will take place when the hire period ends, as specified in your booking form. Please ensure all items are accessible and ready for collection at that time.

Venue Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure the venue is able to accommodate our equipment. All product dimensions and size information are found on our product pages. Please check these carefully before booking.

Peak Season Availability

During peak wedding season (April–October) we strongly recommend booking a minimum of 4–6 weeks in advance to guarantee availability of your preferred pieces.

Deposit — Optional

A deposit is not required to confirm your booking. Should you wish to pay a deposit to secure your date, this is entirely optional and will be agreed between you and our team at the time of booking.

Full Payment

Full payment is due before or on the day of your event. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer as our payment methods. Bank transfers must be completed at least 24 hours before your event date to allow for processing.

No Security Deposit

We do not take a security deposit. All items are professionally photographed at setup and collection by our team. Any damage identified will be assessed and charged accordingly following the hire period.

Accepted Payment Methods

Cash on delivery and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Please ensure all bank transfers clearly reference your name and event date.

Delivery & Collection Times

Delivery and setup will be carried out 2–4 hours before your event start time unless otherwise agreed in writing. Collection will take place at the end of the hire period as confirmed in your booking form.

Venue Access

You are responsible for ensuring clear, unobstructed access to the venue for both delivery and collection. Any delays caused by restricted access or inadequate space may result in additional charges to cover extended labour time.

Setup Location

The agreed installation location must be on level, stable ground and kept clear of direct heat sources, sprinkler systems, catering areas, and high-footfall zones. Our team will position all items exactly as agreed at the time of booking.

Venue Permission & Size Checks

It is your responsibility to obtain written permission from your venue to use our installations, and to confirm the venue can accommodate our equipment. All product dimensions are listed on our product pages.

Hirer's Responsibility

From the moment of delivery until the time of collection, you — as the hirer — are fully responsible for the care, security, and safekeeping of all hired items. This includes protection from adverse weather, theft, vandalism, and misuse by guests or third parties.

Damage Assessment

All hired items will be professionally photographed by our team when set up at your venue and again when collected. Any damage identified will be fully documented and you will be notified in writing within 48 hours of collection, along with a complete photographic record and associated charges.

Damage Charges

Minor damage (loose or detached flowers, bent stems, light scuffs): £25–£75. Moderate damage (torn panels, bent or broken frame sections, significant staining): £100–£300. Major damage or total loss (structural collapse, irreparable damage, confirmed theft): full replacement value, typically £500–£2,500 or above.

Event Insurance

We strongly advise all clients to take out comprehensive event insurance that includes cover for hired decorations and third-party property damage. Our liability is strictly limited to the hire fee paid.

30 or More Days' Notice

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your event date will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, or alternatively a credit note valid for 12 months redeemable against any future booking.

14–30 Days' Notice

Cancellations received between 14 and 30 days before your event will result in full forfeiture of any deposit paid. No refund will be issued for cancellations within this period.

Fewer Than 14 Days' Notice

Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event date will require full payment of the total outstanding hire balance. No exceptions can be made within this window regardless of circumstance.

Force Majeure

In the event of genuine force majeure — including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or confirmed venue closure — we will make every reasonable effort to offer a reschedule at no additional cost, or issue a credit note for future use.

Standard Hire Duration

Our standard hire period covers a single event day of up to 12 hours. Extended hire for multi-day events, exhibitions, or showroom use can be arranged in advance and is charged at an additional 40% of the standard day rate per additional day.

Overtime Charges

Should items not be accessible for collection at the agreed time due to a delay caused by the hirer, we will contact you directly regarding any overtime charges. These must be paid promptly upon receipt of our invoice.

Collection

Collection of all hired equipment will take place at the time specified in your booking form, when the hire period ends. Please ensure all items are readily accessible and in the location they were installed.

Indoor & Outdoor Use

Our floral arches and flower walls are designed primarily for indoor use. Outdoor installation is permitted only in sheltered, covered areas fully protected from wind, rain, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Prohibited Actions

Under no circumstances should anything be attached to the flowers or supporting structures — including tape, pins, clips, ribbon, or additional decorations. Items must not be repositioned once installed, and must not be brought near naked flames, candles, or heat sources.

Adverse Weather

In the event of unexpected adverse weather during an outdoor event, you are responsible for immediately moving all hired items indoors or arranging adequate weatherproof cover. Failure to do so constitutes negligence.

Guest Conduct

Please brief all guests and venue staff that hired pieces are not to be touched, leant on, or interfered with. Photographic posing in front of displays is perfectly welcome; however, climbing upon or hanging from structural elements is strictly prohibited.

Portfolio Usage Rights

By proceeding with your hire, you grant us permission to photograph our installations at your event — discreetly and without disruption — for use in our portfolio, website, social media channels, and promotional materials.

Opting Out

Should you wish to opt out of photography at your event, please notify us in writing no fewer than 7 days before the event date. We fully respect your privacy and will honour all opt-out requests without question.

Sharing Your Images

We love to see your event photographs! If you choose to share images featuring our pieces on social media, we may contact you to request permission to reshare with full credit given to you and your photography team.

Photographic evidence: Our team photographs all items at setup and collection. A full report is provided with any charge within 48 hours.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, regardless of how you select to pay, you are lawfully bound to these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by English law.
