Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. By booking, you agree to these conditions.
Safety Guidelines
- A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the equipment at all times during use.
- Do not mix younger children with older children or adults. Keep user heights and ages similar for safe play.
- All footwear, jewellery, watches, badges, peaked hats, and glasses must be removed before use.
- No food, drinks, chewing gum, or smoking on or near the inflatable at any time.
- No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers, or silly string near the equipment - these cause permanent damage.
- Do not allow pushing, fighting, rough play, or any behaviour that could injure others.
- Climbing on walls, hanging on the centre column, or sitting on inflatable walls is strictly prohibited.
- Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 8 players at any time.
- Anyone with back, neck, or heart problems, or who is pregnant, must not use the equipment.
- No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs may use the equipment.
- If the inflatable becomes wet, all users must exit immediately until it is dried.
Booking & Delivery
- Delivery and setup is typically between 8am and 12pm on your hire date, unless otherwise arranged.
- Collection is usually between 5pm and 7pm, depending on our schedule.
- The hirer must be present at the delivery address to accept the equipment and sign our hire agreement.
- It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure there is adequate space for the equipment - minimum 30ft x 30ft with 15ft overhead clearance.
- Access to a standard 13amp electrical socket within 25 metres of the setup location is required.
- If we cannot deliver due to access issues, inadequate space, or no power, full hire fees will still apply.
- Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris, dog fouling, and obstacles before we arrive.
- For indoor setups, please confirm ceiling height meets requirements before booking.
Payment Terms
- A 10% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due on delivery. Alternatively, pay in full at time of booking or cash on delivery.
- All prices include VAT where applicable and include delivery, setup, and collection within our standard delivery area.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside our standard area - please enquire.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the hire date.
- Outstanding balances not paid on delivery may result in equipment not being set up.
- You will be invoiced for any additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from misuse or damage during your hire.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before your hire date: Full deposit refunded.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before hire date: 50% of total hire fee retained.
- Cancellations within 7 days of hire date: Full hire fee is non-refundable.
- If we cancel due to adverse weather conditions (winds above 24mph), you will receive a full refund or can reschedule.
- Weather cancellations are made at our sole discretion for safety reasons - our decision is final.
- If equipment develops a fault during your hire through no fault of your own, we will offer a pro-rata refund.
Liability
- Once the equipment is delivered and set up, it is in the hirer's possession and control.
- The hirer is responsible for ensuring all safety rules are followed by all users.
- We accept no liability for injuries sustained during use of the equipment, except where caused by our negligence.
- The hirer is responsible for any damage to the equipment during the hire period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
- The hirer is liable for any damage to third-party property caused by use of the equipment.
Equipment Care & Damage
- The equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Any damage, including tears, burns, stains, or structural damage, will be charged to the hirer.
- Silly string, sand, and certain face paints cause irreparable damage - you will be liable for full replacement cost.
- A £50 cleaning fee applies if the equipment is returned excessively dirty or stained.
- Do not move the equipment or any accessories once set up - this can cause damage and is dangerous.
- Do not cover the blower vents or tamper with any electrical equipment.
- Report any issues immediately - prompt reporting may reduce repair costs.
