It’s essential to notify us of any site obstructions like stairs or long distances from our vehicle. If the inflatable does not fit due to incorrect measurements, the full hire fee will still apply.
Booking and Power Requirements
A clear, unobstructed access route is required for setup, meaning no pets or barriers. Each inflatable requires a standard socket, and with up to 25m of cabling provided, we can offer generators at competitive prices if needed. For any inquiries, don’t hesitate to contact us
Flexible Hire Length

Return Policy on Condition
Our delivery drivers will collect the castles after your event. Be aware that should the inflatable not be returned in satisfactory condition, a charge starting from £35.00 will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
