Christmas party hire FAQs
How early should we book Christmas party entertainment?
Book as soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Friday and Saturday dates in late November and December are the most likely to fill first. An enquiry alone does not reserve equipment.
Can we hire more than one attraction?
Yes. Most Christmas parties work best with a mix of attractions. Tell us what you are considering and we will confirm availability, space requirements and whether your combined order qualifies for free delivery.
Is delivery included?
Delivery depends on the individual item and your location. Combined orders over £550 qualify for free delivery across our standard zones. Check the delivery areas page or send the venue postcode for confirmation.
Do you set up and collect the equipment?
Yes. Unless an individual listing clearly says otherwise, our team delivers, professionally sets up and collects the equipment at agreed times. Please tell us about stairs, lifts, restricted access, parking or long carries before booking.
Can the entertainment be branded for our company?
Photo booth overlays and Magic Mirror print templates can be personalised with a company logo, event name or Christmas design. Send suitable artwork early enough for us to prepare and approve the design.
How much space and power will we need?
Every attraction has different requirements. We normally need clear, level space, safe access and reliable 13-amp power close to electronic equipment. Share your venue details and chosen items so we can advise accurately.
Can you work with our venue's setup times?
Usually, subject to the full schedule and access. Give us the earliest access time, party start and finish times, and the venue's collection restrictions when enquiring.
How do we secure our booking?
We first confirm availability and the booking details. Your date is secured only after the required booking payment has been received and confirmed.
