How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.

What's included in the hire price?

The hire price includes delivery, professional setup, full insurance, 24/7 technical support, and collection. You can choose between free play or coin-operated mode at no extra cost.

How much space do I need?

The machine requires approximately 4ft x 10ft of floor space, plus additional clearance around it for players. We recommend a ceiling height of at least 8ft.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver across the UK. Delivery costs are included in the hire price for most locations. Contact us for a quote if you're outside our standard delivery area.

What power supply is needed?

The machine requires a standard 13amp UK power socket (110V/220V AC). We provide all necessary cables and can advise on power requirements for your venue.

Can I hire multiple machines?

We offer discounts for multiple machine hires. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll provide a competitive quote.

What if something goes wrong during my event?

We provide 24/7 technical support throughout your hire period. If any issues arise, our team is just a phone call away and can provide remote assistance or arrange an on-site visit if needed.

Is the equipment insured?

Yes, all our equipment is fully insured. We also carry public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Can I extend my hire period?

Yes, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to extend your hire, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 14 days notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
