One price for the hire
The advertised price covers a full-day hire. We do not reduce the price for a shorter three-hour booking because preparing, delivering, setting up and collecting the equipment takes the same work.

We bring the fairground fun to you
Delivery, setup and collection are included in Hull and Zone A. Our normal delivery charge applies outside Zone A and is confirmed before booking.
We regularly travel across East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Larger combined bookings over £550 may qualify for free delivery, subject to location and access.

How much is Coconut Shy hire in Hull?
Coconut Shy costs £95 for a full-day hire. Delivery, setup and collection are included in Hull and Zone A. A delivery charge applies in other areas.
What is included with the Coconut Shy?
You receive the complete freestanding wooden Coconut Shy, five target stands, coconuts, throwing balls, setup and collection. Prizes and an attendant are not included with standard self-play hire.
Can adults play as well as children?
Yes. Coconut Shy is suitable for both adults and children. The throwing distance can be adjusted to make the challenge appropriate for different ages, although children should always be supervised by a responsible adult.
How much space is required?
Please allow space for the freestanding frame, a safe throwing distance and clear space around the player. Tell us about your venue if you need help planning the games area.
Can Coconut Shy be used indoors?
Yes, provided the venue has sufficient space and gives permission for ball-throwing games. We recommend confirming this directly with your venue before booking.
What happens if it rains?
The wooden game must be kept dry and cannot remain outside in rain. Outdoor bookings need a suitable indoor or covered alternative. Please read our weather policy before booking.
Can I hire more than one carnival game?
Yes. Choose any three of our five wooden games for £175, or hire the complete five-game collection for £250. Both packages include delivery, setup and collection in Hull and Zone A.
