One-day hire? Click the same date twice.

For several days, select the first and last date. Check the hire total before continuing.

Set arrival & collection times

Start / drop-off: when we can arrive to begin setup. Allow the setup time shown on the equipment page before your event starts.

End / pick-up: when we can return to collect. Check both times with your venue.

For staffed hire, add your required operating times to the notes. The advertised hire duration applies.

Review & continue

Check your equipment, dates, times and chosen extras. Delivery is included.

Select deposit payment, read the terms and conditions and tick the agreement box. Press Book Now / Booking to continue to checkout.

Add your details & pay 10%

Enter your name, email, phone number and full venue address with postcode. Add access information and your required ready-by time to the notes.

Pay the 10% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due by delivery, as shown in your booking confirmation.

Example: £300 hire = £30 deposit + £270 balance.
