We take care of the entire setup.
You choose the wall and tell us where it is going. We bring the equipment, install it safely, make sure it looks its best and return to collect it after your event.
Professional setup
We assemble the full 2.4m × 2.4m backdrop on its strong freestanding support and position it in the agreed space.
Collection included
After the celebration, we return to dismantle and collect the wall. You and your venue team do not need to pack it away.

What is included in the £165 hire price?
Your hire includes The Cascade Collection flower wall for your event day, delivery within our listed service area, professional installation on its freestanding support and collection afterwards.
Is a shorter hire cheaper?
No. £165 is the fixed price per hire, per day. The price is the same whether you need the wall for three hours or for the full event day, and we do not discount shorter hires.
How much room does the wall need?
The wall measures 2.4m wide by 2.4m high, approximately 8ft × 8ft. Please check the ceiling height and allow additional working space for safe installation, plus clear space in front for photographs.
Can I add a neon sign?
Yes. An available neon sign can be added for £25. Tell us your preferred phrase and we will confirm availability for your date.
Can the wall be used outside?
Outdoor use is considered only on firm, level ground in a properly sheltered position. The wall must be protected from wind and rain. Final placement depends on the conditions and the safety of the setup area.
How long does setup take?
Most installations take around 15–30 minutes once we have access to the setup area. Restricted parking, stairs or difficult venue access may require longer, so please tell us about these before the event.
How do I check availability?
Use the live booking calendar on The Cascade Collection product page. Popular Saturdays and wedding-season dates can book well in advance, so early booking is recommended.
