A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. These essential rules also protect the castle from permanent staining and damage.
No Shoes
Remove shoes, jewellery and other hard or sharp items before entering.
No Food or Drink
Food, drinks, sweets and chewing gum must stay away from the inflatable.
No Face Paint
Face paint can permanently stain white inflatable material and is not permitted.
No Silly String
Silly string, party poppers and coloured streamers must not be used nearby.
Planning to have a face painter?
Please do not book this white castle if face painting will be offered at your event. Children must have completely clean faces before using the inflatable.

How much is the white bouncy castle with slide and ball pit?
The castle is £175 for all-day hire. This includes the white castle, built-in slide, built-in ball pit, balls, professional setup and collection. Delivery is free in eligible Zone A locations; charges apply to some other delivery zones.
Which areas do you cover?
Humber Events Company is based in Hull and covers Hull, East Yorkshire and surrounding areas. We regularly deliver to places including Hessle, Cottingham, Beverley, Driffield, Hornsea, Bridlington, Pocklington and Goole. Check the delivery-areas page for your zone.
Can the white bouncy castle be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes, subject to suitable access, enough clear space, adequate ceiling height for indoor venues and safe ground and weather conditions for outdoor setups. Please confirm the venue and setup area before booking.
Are the balls included with the ball pit?
Yes. The colourful balls shown in the photographs are included with the built-in ball pit at no additional charge.
Does the bouncy castle need electricity?
Yes. A suitable nearby power supply is required for the inflatable blower. If your location has no accessible socket, generator hire is available for £50. It is delivered, set up and collected with the castle, with fuel included for the full hire. Select “Generator for bouncy castles” under the extra options on the booking page.
Can children use the castle if they have face paint?
No. Face paint can permanently stain white inflatable material. Please do not book this castle if face painting will be offered, and ensure every child has a completely clean face before use.
What happens if the weather is unsafe?
Safety always comes first. Outdoor inflatable use depends on wind, rain, ground conditions and manufacturer limits. Humber Events Company monitors conditions and will contact you if the booking may be affected. Read the full weather policy before booking.
