Easy booking, delivery and setup
The £195 price covers the complete pair for a full-day hire. Your delivery charge depends on the location of your venue and is selected through the booking calendar. Access and setup times must be agreed with the venue before the event.

We handle the installation
We deliver and professionally position the pillars on a flat, stable surface, then return to collect them at the agreed time.

We regularly cover Hull, East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Wider travel may be available depending on your date, venue access and the other equipment included in your booking.
Delivery is not included in the £195 hire price
The correct delivery charge is based on your venue’s delivery zone. Combined orders over £550 may qualify for free delivery, subject to location, access and the individual hire conditions.

Does the £195 price include both pillars?
Yes. The hire price includes the complete matching pair for one full-day hire at one venue. Delivery is added separately according to your venue’s delivery zone.
How tall are the arches?
The taller pillar is approximately 2.4 metres and the smaller pillar is approximately 2.1 metres, creating an elegant asymmetric frame.
Are the flowers real?
No. The pillars use premium artificial silk-style flowers and greenery, creating a full luxury look without wilting during the event.
Can the pillars be used outdoors?
They can be used outside only in suitable fair weather on flat, stable ground. We may refuse or change an outdoor setup if wind or rain makes it unsafe or risks damaging the equipment.
Can the arches be moved after setup?
Please do not move, hang items from or alter the pillars after installation without our approval. Ask the venue and our team in advance if you need them repositioned.
How much deposit is required?
You can secure the booking using the 10% deposit option, which is £19.50 on a £195 hire. Your date is not confirmed until the required payment has been received.
How long do we have the arches?
The price is for a full-day hire. Setup and collection are arranged around your venue access. The price remains the same if you only need them for a shorter ceremony or event.
